Then come along to the local NHS community health fair and annual general meeting at NHS South Tees CCG Offices, 14 Trinity Mews, North Ormesby Health Village, Middlesbrough, TS3 6AL on Wednesday 20 September 2017 from 1.30pm-4pm.
NHS South Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), the organisation responsible for planning and buying many of the health services across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland, will hold the formal Annual General Meeting sharing some of the fantastic work that has been achieved in the last 12 months. We will also be a holding a fun packed community health fair where you can drop in at any time.
There will be a chance for people to have a go on the smoothie bike, to receive some freebies and information from lots of different organisations and to take part in the games and activities including our prize draw of £30 WH Smith voucher.
Dr Janet Walker, Chair of the CCG said: “I hope that people will pop along on the day and learn more about the wide range of local health services available. We want the fair to be fun and informative for local people.
“You’ll have the opportunity to meet the CCGs Governing Body Members and GPs and ask any questions in an informal setting.”
“There’ll be a number of health and wellbeing market stalls giving advice and information about local health and wellbeing services, freebies and give aways, as well as information about the CCG, what we do and how we spend our budget on behalf of our local population. I look forward to meeting people on the day!”
The NHS South Tees CCG AGM and community health fair will take place on Wednesday 20 September 2017 at, NHS South Tees CCG Offices, 14 Trinity Mews, North Ormesby Health Village, Middlesbrough, TS3 6AL on Wednesday 20 September from 1.30pm-4pm.
Previous AGMs have been held in other parts of south tees and we plan to hold a series of community fairs across our patch in the next 12 months.
